RateMyBank.org is owned and operated by former bank employees that have worked a variety of positions at several banks from frontline positions to management. We are aware of the many differences in opinion between managers, employees and customers because we have been in each of these positions throughout our many years of banking experience.

We created RateMyBank.org to improve the quality of the banking relationship for all those involved. We will use the power of surveys to:

• Enlighten bank customers to the other qualities that they enjoy from their bank besides interest rates.
  
• Improve the morale and satisfaction of bank employees, which will carry over to the interaction with customers and managers.
