A happy employee is a hard working employee!

Your frontline employees (tellers, personal bankers, etc.) have the most contact with your customers. It can be said that they are the “face” of your bank. If these key employees aren’t happy, it will reflect in the way they interact with your customers which will lead to reduced customer satisfaction.

Ratemybank.org is not just for your customers, it’s also an excellent source for you to ask your employees the questions that they would never answer honestly if you asked them directly. RateMyBank.org offers two levels of surveys for your employees:

Survey Campaigns
Each employee will receive a personalized invitation to take an active role in rating your bank’s performance. The invitation may be sent via email to encourage a timely response. We also suggest doing a follow survey several months after the initial survey to track your banks progress on the issues revealed during the first survey.

Continuous Feedback Surveys
Your employees will have the ability to provide their feedback via an open survey on the RateMyBank.org website. A link may be placed on your intranet site to give your employees the ability to survey your bank as they deem necessary. The survey design encourages honest answers as well as includes a comment box that can double as a communication tool for managers and employees.
