RateMyBank.org has adopted the following privacy policy in order to best serve the banks and their customers.  We will not request or obtain bank account information for any bank customer.  All bank customer names we receive for the purpose of the survey will not be sold to third-parties or other vendors.  Individual survey results will remain confidential unless otherwise specified.
